Either you are alike, you got “Me too” realizations and your customers or prospects instantly like you OR they really want to be like you, live the way you do, have what you have .

After building that know, like and trust factor, pre qualifying leads, you can start marketing and selling through your sales funnels or one on one closing whatever method you are currently using. Make sure, you actually go over all the objections people have BEFORE they actually say them.

We live in a skeptical world and whatever you say, people start using their logic to object everything. If you immediately react first with facts, stats, analogies, stories, testimonials, examples and figures, you get over those objections in advance.

Your second focus with that approach is also multiply their emotional level. You want to pain their problem in details so they instantly feel its pain as well as how it feels and looks when you solve that problem. Raise that desire to I must have that.
